Industrial Fabrics Inc. offers a comprehensive geogrid reinforcement product line for mechanically stabilized earth walls, reinforced slopes, pavement base reinforcement, and soft-ground stabilization. Our geogrids develop high tensile strength at low strain, providing effective load transfer and long-term structural performance.
Available in uniaxial, biaxial, and multiaxial configurations, our geogrids address the full range of reinforcement design requirements. Each product is supported by ISO 10318 compliant long-term design strength values, installation damage factors, and chemical and biological durability data needed for AASHTO and FHWA design methods.
Product lines include extruded biaxial polypropylene geogrids for unpaved roads and subbase reinforcement, uniaxial HDPE geogrids for MSE walls and steep slopes, polyester coated geogrids for high-tensile MSE wall applications, and woven polyester geogrids for soft ground reinforcement. Tensile strengths range from 20 kN/m to over 200 kN/m.
Geogrid long-term design strength established per AASHTO LRFD, FHWA-HRT-06-109, and GRI GG4/GG5 methods with reduction factors for installation damage, creep, and chemical/biological durability. Short-term tensile strength per ASTM D6637. Junction efficiency, aperture stability, and pullout interaction coefficients provided for design.
